By ordering or using a TV Plus One subscription, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.
The service
TV Plus One provides access to an IPTV streaming service for personal, non-commercial use on supported devices. Plans are prepaid for the period you choose: 1, 3, 6 or 12 months.
Your account
Your access details are personal. Do not share, resell or publish them. We may suspend an account that is shared or used on more connections than its plan allows.
Payments and renewal
Prices are shown in US dollars. Your plan starts when it is activated and ends at the end of the period you paid for. To keep watching after that, simply contact us to renew.
Acceptable use
You are responsible for using the service in line with the laws where you live. You agree not to record, redistribute or rebroadcast the service, and not to interfere with our systems.
Requirements and availability
You need a compatible device and a stable internet connection. We work hard to keep the service running smoothly, but we cannot guarantee that it will always be uninterrupted or error-free, for example during maintenance or because of problems with your internet provider.
Refunds
Refund requests are handled under our Refund Policy.
Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, TV Plus One is not liable for indirect or consequential losses. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for your current plan.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. The date at the top of this page shows when they last changed.
